Jeff Natter, South Whidbey Pride President, will be speaking at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Whidbey Island during their annual service devoted to Pride Month.

June is traditionally the month during which we celebrate and support the LGBTQ+ community and its allies.  However, it's not only a time of celebration; it's also a time of reflection.  How can we acknowledge the history of the LGBTQ+ movement and carry those lessons forward in a time of challenge to our rights and our lives?  Jeff Natter, a Whidbey Island queer activist and actor, will reflect upon his personal journey as a gay man and discuss how his experiences mirror the development of the LGBTQ+ right movement in general.
